Order Processing
Production begins only after your artwork and order specifications have been approved. Standard orders are typically manufactured and shipped within 14–16 business days from the date of final proof approval.
If you require your order sooner, we also offer rush production services, subject to availability and additional charges.
Expedited Orders
For urgent projects, expedited production and shipping options are available. Rush orders are generally completed within 6–8 business days after final artwork approval. Additional production and shipping fees may apply.
To avoid production delays, all final artwork approvals should be submitted before 11:00 AM EST. Approvals received after this time may extend the estimated production schedule by one business day.
Shipping Information
We proudly offer free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, order size, and carrier availability.
While customammoboxes.com works diligently to dispatch every order on schedule, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Government regulations
- Other unforeseen events
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has entered production, any costs associated with design, printing, materials, expedited manufacturing, or shipping are non-refundable.
Orders that have been approved for production cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.
Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our production facility to ensure it meets our standards.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved specifications, please notify our customer support team within three (3) business days of delivery. We may request photographs of the issue and, if necessary, ask for the products to be returned for inspection.
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or reprinting. Refunds are not provided for approved claims.
As an added precaution, we often include a small quantity of extra products with bulk orders at no additional cost.

To provide competitive pricing and maintain consistent product quality, customammoboxes.com works with a network of trusted manufacturing partners. Depending on material availability, production capacity, and order requirements, your packaging may be manufactured at one of our approved production facilities.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact customammoboxes.com within three (3) business days of delivery. Our support team will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.
