All quotations are estimates and may change before an order is confirmed. If pricing changes occur, our team will notify you before production begins.
Customer Artwork & Copyright
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights and permissions to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, text, or images submitted for printing.
By placing an order, you confirm that your submitted artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. customammoboxes.com is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-supplied content.
With your permission, we may feature completed packaging designs in our portfolio or marketing materials.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, artwork, specifications, and contact information.
You agree not to upload or submit any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any submitted content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
Artwork Requirements
For the best printing results, all artwork should be submitted in CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Please note that slight color variations may occur when converting artwork from RGB to CMYK. customammoboxes.com is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-quality prints resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
Proof Approval
Production begins only after the customer approves the final digital proof.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all text, dimensions, graphics, colors, spelling, grammar, and layout before granting final approval.
Once production has started, customammoboxes.com cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Color Accuracy
While we strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in printing equipment, materials, coatings, laminations, lighting conditions, and monitor displays.
Customers requiring the highest level of color accuracy are encouraged to request a printed sample before full production.
Materials
Unless specifically requested, our standard paperboard and cardstock materials are not food-grade.
Customers requiring food-safe materials should notify our sales team before placing an order so appropriate stock can be arranged.
Printing Errors
customammoboxes.com is not responsible for printing issues resulting from customer-approved artwork, including but not limited to:
- Spelling mistakes
- Grammar or punctuation errors
- Incorrect fonts
- Improper artwork orientation
- Layout or design errors approved by the customer
Customer Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless customammoboxes.com, its affiliates, employees, partners, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal expenses, or losses arising from materials or artwork you submit for printing.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.
If your order contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved specifications, please notify our support team within three (3) business days of delivery.
To help us evaluate the issue, you may be asked to provide photographs or videos showing the defect.
If the issue is confirmed to be the result of our manufacturing process, we will reproduce and replace the affected products at no additional cost.
Errors that appear in customer-approved artwork are not eligible for refunds or free reprints.
Order Cancellation Policy
At customammoboxes.com, we understand that plans can change. However, because every order is custom-made, cancellation requests are subject to the stage of production at the time they are received.
customammoboxes.com reserves the right to cancel or decline any order before production begins. Customers may also request to cancel an order; however, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage of your order. Our customer support team will inform you of any applicable charges before processing your request.
Production Stages
- Stage 1: Your order has been placed and payment has been received.
- Stage 2: Our design team has started or completed artwork creation, revisions, or proof preparation.
- Stage 3: Printing and manufacturing have begun.
- Stage 4: The order has been dispatched or collected by the shipping carrier.
Cancellation Charges
- Stage 1: Orders canceled after placement but before artwork preparation will incur a cancellation fee of $15 plus 12% of the total order value. This covers payment processing fees, banking charges, and administrative costs.
- Stage 2: If artwork has already been created or revised, a cancellation fee of 18% of the total order value plus $15 will apply to cover design and pre-production expenses.
- Stage 3: Once production has started, we will make every reasonable effort to stop the order. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is approved at this stage, 50% of the total order value will be deducted to cover manufacturing and production costs.
- Stage 4: Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the carrier cannot be canceled.
Because each order is manufactured specifically for the customer, we recommend carefully reviewing your order details and artwork before approving production to help avoid cancellation fees or delays.
